Neusha Ghaedi has successfully litigated many cases since joining the firm in 2017. Neusha’s clientele ranges from some of Marin County’s largest property managers and real estate developers to individual property owners and trustees. She advises clients on a wide variety of legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions, property management, trust litigation, and commercial and residential properties.
Neusha has over twenty years of practical experience in business and real estate matters. Her expertise in business, real estate development, property management, and negotiating and drafting commercial leases gives her an experienced perspective to advise clients on a variety of business and other legal matters.
During law school, Neusha was a law clerk at the Orange County District Attorney's Office and worked at a Southern California active litigation firm. Since then, Neusha joined DeMartini Walker and Ghaedi LLP and has successfully resolved hundreds of real estate and trust matters.
Neusha currently serves as an officer on the Marin County Bar Association Board of Directors. She is Chair of the Real Property Section of the Marin County Bar Association, and a Hearing Officer on the Marin County Enforcement Appeals Board. She regularly volunteers in the Marin County Lawyers in the Library Program assisting underserved community members with their legal issues.
