Karly Roberson is an associate attorney at DeMartini Walker & Ghaedi LLP, where she does both litigation and transactional work. Karly has experience litigating matters including real estate, probate, elder abuse, landlord-tenant disputes, and business disputes. Her transactional experience includes estate planning, probate administration, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.  

Prior to joining DWG, Karly practiced family law for two years where she frequently litigated highly sensitive matters related to community property, custody, and support.

In law school, Karly was awarded a High Tech Law Certificate for her coursework related to intellectual property and worked two summers at a civil litigation firm.

Karly is passionate about helping clients find creative solutions to complex legal matters.
